This is our most basic-level cleaning service. We follow this list for all maintenance cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly):

Countertops & backsplashes (washed)

Mirrors (washed and buffed)
Toilets and surrounding areas (washed/disinfected)

Bathroom counters & fixtures (washed)
Stairs (vacuumed)
Floors (vacuumed & mopped)
Wastebaskets (emptied and relined)

This is our detailing service! It includes the “Classic Clean” list items cleaned by hand with detail emphasis and focus on build-up, PLUS the following:

Ceiling fans (washed) & light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)
Air return vents within reach (vacuumed)
Moldings & woodwork (washed)
Wood furniture (wiped)
Window sills and lock ledges (washed)
Couches (under cushions vacuumed)
Baseboards (washed)
Cabinet Exteriors (washed)
Top of refrigerator (washed)
Light switch plates and outlet covers (washed)
Behind large appliances (vacuum/mop)*
